Swaledale Butchers® is immensely proud of our steaks and chops, which are all dry-aged on the bone for at least 10-days in our Himalayan salt chamber to draw out the moisture and intensify the incredible natural pork flavour. Our pork steaks and pork chops will help you create magic; with ingredients this amazing, the cooking process is a pleasure, and the eating experience is heavenly.
